Wallasey Amateur Boxing Club celebrated a successful evening of amateur boxing at the Maxie Roy Memorial “Noble Art” Boxing Tournament, held on 7th March 2026 at the Shankly Hotel in Liverpool.
The annual tournament, now firmly established as a highlight of the regional amateur boxing calendar, brought together talented young boxers and supporters for a night of skill, sportsmanship, and community spirit.
All skills bouts competitors were presented with the John Hulley Festival Medal, recognising their courage, dedication and participation in the noble art of amateur boxing.
The Lord-Lieutenant attended the evening and assisted with the prize-giving presentations. Congratulations to all the participants!
