The Lord-Lieutenant attended the launch of Liverpool’s Armed Forces Day celebrations at Liverpool Town Hall yesterday with the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, High Sheriff of Merseyside, Leader and Chief Executives of Liverpool City Council, Metro Mayor and leads from the armed forces.
The Lord-Lieutenant said, “It is always important to show support for our Armed Forces and I was delighted to be able to attend this official launch of the many events to celebrated Armed Forces Day.”
