One of the Lieutenancy’s newly commissioned Deputy Lieutenants received his OBE from HRH The Princess Royal at Buckingham Palace at an Investiture Ceremony yesterday. Peter received his OBE for services to young people following many years of service within the Scout Movement. Many congratulations Peter!
