Julie Lawson BEM DL opened Liverpool Live Aid 2025 at the Adelphi Hotel on behalf of the Lord-Lieutenant on Sunday 13th July.
Tony Cook, the founder and organiser put on a spectacular day of live music, which also raised funds for Zoe’s place, Shelter and Gift of Sight.
Julie said, “I was honoured and proud to open the day.
“Every artist played for free today and the lovely Clare Campbell from Liverpool Live, one of the sponsors, oversaw the proceedings for the day. Children from the Devine Theatre Group also performed.
“It made for a special day in our city.”
