The Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Cllr Barbara Murray, very kindly hosted a dinner for the soon to retire Lord-Lieutenant, Mr. Mark Blundell CVO in the beautiful dinning room at Liverpool Town Hall.
The dinner was also attended by the Leader of Liverpool Council, Cllr Liam Robinson, Mayors of the boroughs of Merseyside, senior officers from the armed forces and emergency services, and a host of members of the largest faith groups in Merseyside, along with other invited guests.
