Congratulations to the pupils and staff at Merchant Taylors’ School, who received awards during their annual ‘Speech Day’. Held in the beautiful Liverpool Philharmonic Theatre, the event blended celebrations of achievement with music and drama that showcased the talent of both staff and pupils. 

Deputy Lieutenant, Sue Higginson OBE attended on behalf of the Lord-Lieutenant, alongside other dignitaries including the Lord Mayor of Liverpool Cllr William Shortall and the Mayor of Sefton Cllr Jennifer Corcoran, which is the home borough of the school.
